Coral Springs Chamber's Leadership Institute (CSCLI) is an interactive program where class members view our city up close (like a backstage pass) and work together to acquire a unique perspective of why Coral Springs is the only city in th U.S. to receive the Malcolm Baldrige Award.

Each scheduled class day is filled with in-depth conversation led by experienced facilitators who will lead discussions about specific leadership qualities, personal growth and career skills. Among the topics:

• Communicating through differences - personality, generational, cultural and gender
• Conflict resolution
• Goal achievement
• Strength Finders, and more

Sessions include touring the following facilities and speaking to experts in:

• Public Safety (police department, fire department)
• City Government (City Hall)
• Recreation (aquatic center, iceplex)
• Economic Development
• Health Care (Coral Springs Medical Center)
